A potential to improve service delivery for a large utility provider was identified. The resulting project focused on the integration of a managed service request facility into the existing company website. This integration presents a seamless digital service request environment to the user. The project greatly reduced the turnaround for the processing of customer requests, and improved the communication feedback between company and customer.
